EOL Announcement For All Non PA-DSS Compliant Versions

Current industry requirements mandate a minimum amount of security capability for all POS Payment Processing Software.  Non-compliance is heavily prosecuted on both the end-user and service provider side.  Operating non-compliant software is a red flag that can be used by bank auditors to assign responsibility for financial damages resulting from credit card fraud.

While we understand the reluctance to upgrade the software in some cases, as a software provider we are not allowed to sell services that do not meet the latest industry standard mandates.

• Starting immediately we will no longer support versions prior to 4.1
• By failing to upgrade to the latest version, the dealer and the end user assume full responsibility for security issues arising from the usage of the older non-compliant versions.

• Starting with 1/1/2011 we will no longer issue switches or new licenses for versions prior to version 4.1
