This error indicates a problem in communications. Most of the time the problem is in the user name/password (extra spaces, capitalization, etc). The other cause could be a mismatch between the settlement and authorization merchant ids. Also you can try incrementing the batch id. Please call the processor support to check your merchant account and the status of Paymentech network.
