AMEX CAPN COMPLIANCE UPDATE
Follow these simple steps to ensure that your customers are compliant
with the latest AMEX CAPN initiative:
- All dial-up customers must switch back to default processor
routed AMEX processing (AMEX split-dial is being replaced by IP).

split-dial.
- IP customers using split-dial AMEX setups (auth and/or
settle) must upgrade to 3.03.13 SP3, apply for an AMEX IP account
and replace AMEX split-dial setup with AMEX IP auth and settle
setups

- Customers that are not using Amex split-dial are already
compliant and do not need to take additional steps.
